At what point will it be a crime to "accidently" expose consumers to probelms. At what point will a Lowes be in the wrong, MORE SO, then the war driving.
Yeah they did something wrong, but didn't Lowes also?
Lowes claims 2.5 Million... Couldn't the consumers also then claim 2.5 million in potential losses.. (ie MC VISA....)
Imagine Driving down a street, seeing a large building, with big openings in the building. You stop and walk in. No doors, no employees, no name, just lots of products. No signs, No price tags, no cash registers.
