Cyber-crime is a rampant menace, and hopefully lots of published lawsuits will make people think twice before launching an attack / coding a virus.
IMO, we also need more laws need to be brough in to deal with younger people involved in these crimes - as from what I see lots of 12 to 20 year-olds are involved in these kinds of activities.
That said, if most people kept their computers patched, firewalled and virus checked - this could of been avoided.
