Annoying bragging script kiddies comes to mind that have no idea what Assembler is or any other programming language (a printf 'Helo World'; does not count as programming!!!), nor do they know what the task of a TCP/IP stack is, nor are able to spell their own names (in other words they have an IQ of a slice of bread, and even that is an insult for the bread).
They learn the command syntax, all right, but don't even understand what the different options are or do. Tell them you prefer Korn and they ask what version of Windows this is for.
But never underestimate Script kiddies. a) They might be the elite hackers from tomorrow, b) are the most dangerous hackers as they don't understand what they are doing. Instead of rooting a server they wipe it for example. Instead of using subtle and very hard to detect methods of hiding they drive a JCB through the alarmed front door just to take the entire house down.
