You don't need to know how to build a car to drive it, you do not have to be a master carpenter to live in a house, you do not have to know how to fly a plane to fly in one, ..... you get my point. With all the new programs and gadgets that "make life easier" or are supposidly an aabsolute necessity, that are marketed to the aaverage computer user, it's easy to see how some non expert users are leary about throwing down cash for things that they do not understand.

It's totally these victums responsibility to inform themselves, but don't expect it to happen. Just like you w3ouldn't expect a banker to know how to milk a cow.
