Hollywood doesn't care about what is real and what is not. A blood-thirsty superhacker who can infiltrate and control very important government systems sells. period. It could have been based on a completely fictional character, the fact that you happend to be in the media spotlight just helped sell it. They could put a face to the film and sell it with your name. They don't care.
