Granted our Mr. Lamo shouldn't have really done black hat stuff to the folks in question yet he has acknowledged that and seems to be quite willing to pay for what he's done. The prosecution wishes to further demonize Lamo in a bid for what???
Oh no, don't drink beer in front of me you might influence me since I have no mind to think for myself.
Don't smoke a cigar in front of me, you might influence me to burn my house down.
If I were going to hack I damn sure wouldn't need a Lamo or Mitnick to inspire me. Surely our dear prosecutor underestimates the whiz kids of this wired generation.
That is so ridiculous as to be a complete description of the ignoramuses we have running our judicial system.
