Interesting article, but with one serious flaw, the information came from South Korea, which is obvioulsy biased. Besides, South Korea is the source of more hacking attempts then other nations. I have yet to see a confirmed report of such activity from North Korea.

Another problem, which goes with the other comment. North Korea is an isolated nation where conformance is compulsary. No one speaks out and very little new about the outside world reaches the people, which is not first filtered by the government.

Given the state of the economy and the fact its' benefactors China and Russia have all but cut them off from external income I find it hard to believe that such a force would be much of a threat. How would the North Korean government control what they people saw on the internet? It would pose more of a threat to the North Korean government, these people seeing the truth, then they would pose to the rest of the world.

I'd worry more about the China, South Korea, and some others in Europe before I'd loose any sleep over North Korea.
