ok call me crazy but can anyone think of an ethical reason that the people of this country (err, my country, please ignore us egocentric americans if your not from the states) cannot be told everything about what this system does, how it does it, and how it will be used...if they are to use this in an ethical mannor then why dont they want people to know exactly what they are doing...while the implimentation of this system may be quite advanced the ideas its based on srnt exactly new consepts, so whats all the fuss about that we arnt trusted to hear?...
