A leading Dutch prosecuter resigned yesterday after hackers entered his mail box and revealed yet another classified letter addressed to the public prosecutor's office.

I'd have to disagree. It seems like it was his own personal computer that was carelessly thrown to the curb with the trash. It would have been out of his departments hands. Instead maybe they should encourage (or require) employees who telecommute to use encryption and to remind them to wipe (not just delete) the harddrive if they wish to throw away or sell their computers.
