People who use public or workplace computers for e-mail, instant messaging and Web searching have a new security risk to worry about: Google's free new tool that indexes a PC's contents for quickly locating data.

Ive tried the software personally and I think that it is a great search engine. I am the only user at my terminal at work and I am the only user of the software therefore there is no real security threat for me. Even if other people were to use my computer the google software isn't doing anyting other than indexing the data that is already on the computer. Lets admit it, this program is doing nothing wrong, I could find your information on a public terminal without google's software.
