Only a greedy and morally bankrupt fellow would agree to a deal that obviously shows that somebody wants to defraud his country and wants him to be an ally. You cant knock off a whole country of 130 million people off net because of few desperate miscreants seeking debased dubious but foolishpeople like them around the world to hoodwink and fleece.
