I think the senders of these fake offers should be stopped because they deceived, defrauded, and framed their victims! Western Union should really crack down on those who pick up the advance fees on non-existent funds, and refund the victims. If the authorities side with the victims, and this financier was unfortunately a slave to the scammers and was used by them, then this 419 scam would have ended. But ironically and unfortunately, sometimes law enforcers arrest the victim for the fraud sent by the overseas fraudster scammers. This should be a global crackdown to protect the potential victims and stop this scam from spreading.
