my 80 year old mother has been recieving spoof phone calls from an individual for the past two weeks they are crude and vile and are meant to aggravate her failing health. although 'persons of interests" have been identified the police cannot trace the calls they continue and she is at their mercy this person of interest is 16yrs old. the law bing drafted in dc needs to cover things like this '
