Can someone tell me if this is illegal? The phone company says it IS illegal. Just by coincidence, I got a call from my "13 year old son" as I was frantically searching for him. Turns out it was someone that I did not want to talk to at the moment, and I was very shaken. (I did find my missing son an hour or so later. Then, this person used the name of my employer to get me to pick up.

What can I do legally? The phone company told me to go to the police, and I called the FCC, but they have not returned my call yet. HELP!
