If you have the phone number that is calling you, I would contact your local Telco's fraud department after you file a Police report. Indeed 30 calls from the same number is Illegal and harassment. More than likely, these individuals are using one of three consumer versions of these services, so if you subpoena them they should be able to give you or the Police the caller's information. With the caller?s BTN or originating caller id information assuming they are not too intelligent you can sue them for harassment. And potentially see if your District Attorney?s office, will similarly file criminal charges against the perpetrators.
