Locking down a PC isn't rocket science but takes dicipline. Users will whine because they can't listen to FM radio but what are they their for? Management needs to decide if listening to radio or working is more important.
Ever workplace with spyware problems makes their users local admin on their PC. Hackers know it and spyware knows it... an industry poorly kept secret. Companies do this to themselves.
