Defendant: Microsoft source code sale was a setup
Kevin Poulsen, SecurityFocus 2004-11-11

"This is not America..."

Truth of the matter is 'illwill' (like many of us) lives in a country with an elected government which supports large local companies ($$$). The slow but steady clamp-down on your rights and the bias of the system towards the big guys with lots $$$ can't have escaped your attention. Why are you all so shocked when something like this happens? Maybe its time to wake up to reality... A reality the majority of you have chosen (after all you live in a democracy right?).
