In the first case of its kind, a California video game maker is suing an entire community of software tinkerers for reverse engineering and modifying Xbox games that they legally purchased.

The really absurd thing is how the IP gestapo wants to have it both ways. We "license" music/software/IP, we cant own it, but if we download this copyrighted work we are "stealing" it. If you are going to claim purchasing a copy of code is licensing some sort of functionality, you cant claim that do...
