Hackers sued for tinkering with Xbox games

In the first case of its kind, a California video game maker is suing an entire community of software tinkerers for reverse engineering and modifying Xbox games that they legally purchased.

While I completely understand Doug's opinion I have to disagree. Saying that the author should have rights to keep someone from doing something to a game character and sharing it with his or her friends is like J-lo saying look at my videos guys but don't get turned on by it or I'll sue.
