Hackers sued for tinkering with Xbox games

In the first case of its kind, a California video game maker is suing an entire community of software tinkerers for reverse engineering and modifying Xbox games that they legally purchased.

The USA is weird, and Americans should be pissed off. Things authored outside the USA and brought in get international treaty rights, which are often more than American creator would get.

Dunno if USA has "moral rights". But if I create something here in Canada, then in the USA it has moral rig...
