Family and colleagues of a Venezuelan security expert known for defacing Web sites under the name "Rafa" have launched a campaign to highlight the one-time vandal's more benevolent acts.

Personally, this is all too much publicity for something like this. It is all hyped way out of proportion and needs to be dealt with on a quieter scale with a jury of security/computer experts. This will never happen and because of that he will be guilty even if he is innocent because of people's ...
