Family and colleagues of a Venezuelan security expert known for defacing Web sites under the name "Rafa" have launched a campaign to highlight the one-time vandal's more benevolent acts.

RaFa told me that he was parting from his bad ways a long time ago. He's one kool guy and i hope he walks freely. But as for the Nasa docs, he'll have trouble as it .gov systems....
