I am a SysAdmin/NetAdmin/Manager and father of two. One 17 and one 10.

I have to agree with the 16 y.o. on this one. Teenagers have a right to privacy. That you support them does not mean that they are property. They are persons and deserving of the respect and rights that gives them.
