A cumulative security update for Internet Explorer ([a href="http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS05-038.mspx"]MS05-038[/a]), a buffer overflow [a href="http://secunia.com/advisories/16372/"]vulnerability[/a] in Windows Plug-and-Play ([a href="http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS05-039.mspx"]MS05-039[/a]) and a security bug in the Print Spooler service ([a href="http://www.microsoft.com/technet/security/Bulletin/MS05-043.mspx"]MS05-043[/a]) all pose a severe hacker risk and earn Redmond's dreaded critical sobriquet.
