Fantastic Research by Fernando Gont!, Though this might make an impact, TCP RST attacks were much more serious and had an immediate and direct effect on the Internet's Backbone , essentially BGP.

I feel this too has a potential if handled by the eliteScripters on future variants of Self Replicatin...
