Legal experts wary of MySpace hacking charges

On October 16, 2006, 13-year-old Megan Meier fled from her family's computer, distraught over the cutting comments of her supposed "friends" on MySpace. Twenty minutes later, the troubled teen was dead; she had hung herself in her closet.

This is yet another case of the man with the hammer, identifying every object within range, as a nail. I wonder if the named prosecutor is planning to run for office, soon. This smells too much like propelling name recognition in the media rather than seeking justice or enforcing the law.
