The kid is innocent, the guy who wrote the code and publish to the web "Download this and screw those servers Ebay,yahoo, etc.. " That is the guy to bust. But again, it'S too difficult to bust him/her. It just prove tht the security on the servers is not very important for those big million bucks co...
