Not Really Anonymous
I believe Foundstone and @Stake should not be thrown in the same category as Lamo. They would have legal contracts with their clients, permitting them to perform assessments (Im sure the legal jargon has all the CYA text needed).

If Lamo ever gets sentenced, they should ban him from all internet...
