The government and private technology experts warned Wednesday that hackers plan to attack thousands of Web sites Sunday in a loosely coordinated "contest" that could disrupt Internet traffic.

that doesnt mean people shouldnt be patching and locking down their servers. i agree with a person at the top of this thread that it shouldnt take a publicized contest to get people to lockdown their boxes....
