DirecTV dragnet snares innocent techies

In recent months the satellite TV giant has filed nearly 9,000 federal lawsuits against people who've purchased signal piracy devices. But some of those devices have legitimate uses, and innocent computer geeks are getting caught in the crackdown.

I find this article both infuriating and depressing. I hate seeing the strong arm tactics of the bullies. This seems to be a reoccuring theme lately. Are they that hungry for money that they don't realize this tactic will scare off new customers. I think I'll stick with cable tv. How depressing....
