Lamo surrenders, is released

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

Im really disappointed about the governments actions against Lamo. He did in my eyes nothing wrong on the New York Times issue. He helped them afterwards he 'hacked' into their network. Even if he has seen some stuff that shouldn´t be made public.
