SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

The Times is claiming Adrian ran up 300k in database research charges. That is utter bullshit! Obviously these are inflated charges. I think someone at the Times needs to go to jail for filing false claims in regards to damages.
