SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

i reckon NYT should just give Adrian a full time job with them.

After all he did them a favour.

Yea he did view data, but he sure as hell didn't sell it on to ppl.

Yes that is crap that he shouldn't be allowed a computer again! That sad.

You do someone a favour and he gets treated like this.
