SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

I believe that Lamo should face some consequences. What he did was wrong; there is no question about that. He even admitted that there are consequences to his actions. What he should have done is contacted the NY Times and said, "Hello, I'm Adrian Lamo, you might have heard of me. I'm interested...
