SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

Do you yourself really understand or comprehend hacking or moding etc.? Do you understand the extent of the power and what this 'criminal' did and did not do? unless you have extencive knowledge of this 'crime' you have no right to comment in the manner in which you are.
