SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

he was trying to help the times they abviously didn't want the help seeing as they didn't do anything until a day later and didn't even want the info on how it can be fixed. take yahoo,google,worldcom and aol neither companies pressed charges when they could have. he was trying to help them not hurt...
