SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

safer how? you werent the target. and he advised his targets of what and how he did what he did in order for it not to happen to them again. I'd say he was looking out for their best interest. I would feel safer with him out. ...
