SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

And you say that based on what evidence? The Times will have to prove its case in court (or actually the prosecutor will). Has Lamo or his attourney (does he even have one?) indicated these are trumped up fees? I haven't read that.
