SACRAMENTO, Calif.--A federal judge ordered Adrian Lamo released to his parents' custody Tuesday afternoon, but barred the hacker from using computers, and ordered him to obtain full-time employment pending trial.

dunno why everyone is making such a big deal of this guy... he's just a script-kiddy with too much time on his hands.

Any 13 year old could do what he did, the difference is we have lives and choose to live them being free men, not behind bars....
