They've paid their debt, let them move on. Yeah, they'll never hold a DOD or higher clearance - fine I understand that. Firewall them from that sort of work, let them build tools, work for Unclass clients etc. What's the big deal? Other companies do this kind of thing all the time - they can't?! Or ...
