Microsoft Corp. warned customers Tuesday about unusually serious security problems with its Windows software that could let hackers quietly break into their computers to steal files, delete data or eavesdrop on sensitive information.

well its not like they are gonna say "we've got this security problem...but we're not exactly sure how to fix it."

if it took them 6 months to actually come up with the fix...think of how many worms could have been written in that time for that security hole. but i agree...windows should get its...
