FBI agents arrested a Louisiana man last week for allegedly tricking a handful of MSN TV users into running a malicious e-mail attachment that reprogrammed their set-top boxes to dial 9-1-1 emergency response.

I agree with you folks... the so called "Patriot Act" is in no way Patriotic and should never have been passed. However there should be a substantial law the authorities can use to stomp this guy in the dirt. He not only inconvenienced his 'enemies', he also tied up the 911 emergency numbers. That f...
