FBI agents arrested a Louisiana man last week for allegedly tricking a handful of MSN TV users into running a malicious e-mail attachment that reprogrammed their set-top boxes to dial 9-1-1 emergency response.

Thank you! This guy is my brother. I am concerned and dont know the whole story and I am finding all this stuff on the web... My 9 month old grandson, dialed 911 by mistake.
