U.S. Air Traffic Control Found Vulnerable

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has agreed to examine computer security at air traffic control centers around the country, following a government audit that found the systems insufficiently secured against cyber attacks.

The Windows 49.7 day reboot problem, this only effects Win95 and Win98. Does the FAA use a "Windows-based control system" that runs on Win95/98??? There is a patch for this reboot problem, according to MS it was released Jun-04-1999....
