Web-based caller I.D. spoofing is back, and this time it's available to everyone.

You can't spoof to 911 services or anything, and people need to realize this. The reason being is that they actually get your billing telephone number, known as ANI, and not just your CallerID/CPN. And if your calling from a cell phone they may be getting your pseudeo-ANI from the cell tower your on...
