A 27-year-old Connecticut man facing felony economic espionage charges for allegedly selling a copy of Microsoft's leaked source code for $20 says he's being singled out only because the software giant and law enforcement officials can't find the people who stole the code in the first place.

don't take persons as an example, i know illwill and he's just a normal person like 1/2 of the net. This can't be real that he gets a 10 year long time in prison for things that 12 year old kids do about 200 times/person every day with some p2p programs. this cant be a solution, to just pick someone...
