www.vmyths.com has done several funny takes on the so called cyber-terrorism. Worth reading. I would add that any concept that's bandied about that includes the word 'cyber' is usually absolute rubbish, and that if the US wants to hunt down groups that shut down power grids or cause severe congestion of national air traffic, they should start with the California power companies and the FAA.
