From someone that knows just about everyone involved in this thing, I have to say that I too am glad that JD is allowed to move forward. I new him before he went to Foundstone, I liked the work he (and others) did for Foundstone, and I like most of the Foundstone team that I have met. I.P. lawsuits just suck. Especially one's like this one. I can see why FS would not want the release of Fire and Water, it WOULD directly hurt the bottom line of FoundScan. But that is competition at its finest.

I wish the best for NTO, and JD personally. Tim thanks for writing about this issue that has been bounced around in IRC, and Email a lot lately.
