Maybe now NTO can sue Foundstone for the money lost in defending the bogus lawsuit. I have done comparisons between Foundstone tools and Nessus (which is free) and it beat the Foundstone tool every time. I have met Stuart a couple of times and let me say all respect I had for him is gone. He is (was) suppose to be a great legal mind for the security community. After reading his compalint, if it is proven he was lying, does that not constitute perjury? I can tell you for sure his "reputation" is seen as a joke!
