There is no way for you to know what John Poindexter does or does not know unless you have communicated with him directly yourself. Unless you work in DARPA (and even then), I doubt you have ever had any contact whatsoever with Mr. Poindexter.
Given that the above premise is unlikely, your post presents pure speculation and it indicates you have essentially no more knowledge about Poindexter or the IAO than the rest of us.
